Building on broad experience in both New York and Los Angeles working for the United Nations, the California State Assembly, and the United States Congress, as well as on numerous federal, state, and local campaigns, Lambert Adouki established Adouki & Associates in the year 2000. Initially, the goal was to promote rising young political figures in greater LA. Today, Adouki & Associates is a full service boutique political and governmental affairs consultancy for individual candidates, advocacy groups, businesses, and government agencies.

Lambert Adouki was born in the Republic of the Congo (also known as Congo-Brazzaville, in order to differentiate it from its larger neighbor, the Democratic Republic of the Congo) and grew up in the capital, Brazzaville, as well as Paris and New York City. He attended high school in New York while his father served as Congo-Brazzaville’s Ambassador to the U.N. and went on to graduate from John Jay College. After working for the U.N.’s children’s program, UNICEF, Mr. Adouki moved to Los Angeles and became a staffer for then-California State Assemblywoman Juanita Millender-McDonald. He continued with McDonald through her successful campaign for a seat in the U.S. Congress and eventually became a staff member in her District Office when she became Congresswoman Juanita Millender-McDonald. With the experience he gained on both the policy and campaign sides of political work, he began consulting for other aspirants to higher office. Since 2000, with the founding of Adouki & Associates, he has focused his full energies toward getting the best candidates elected, as well as guiding them in office and guiding other organizations, whether for-profit, non-profit, or governmental, toward maximizing their potential in the political sphere.
